Greeter

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily front-counter operations in Syracuse, New York. The person in this role will provide in-person assistance, process customer information accurately, and help maintain an organized and efficient service experience.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors professionally and provide clear direction

• Review forms and documents

• Enter customer information into computer systems while maintaining attention to detail.

• Maintain a courteous service environment while balancing speed, accuracy, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer-facing support, front-desk service, or data entry work.

• Strong accuracy when reviewing paperwork and entering information into computer systems.

• Ability to interact professionally with the public in a fast-paced office setting.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.
