Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Project Managert to guide a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations initiative. This contract position will focus on coordinating delivery across business teams and external partners while maintaining momentum across multiple project tracks. The ideal candidate brings strong project leadership, clear communication, and the ability to keep complex enterprise work organized, visible, and moving forward.

Responsibilities:

• Direct project execution for enterprise initiatives centered on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

• Organize coordination between D365 F& O and connected business applications to support smooth integration planning and delivery.

• Work closely with internal leaders, operational teams, and third-party vendors to maintain alignment on scope, priorities, and progress.

• Build and manage project schedules, monitor major milestones, and escalate risks or blockers before they affect delivery targets.

• Lead status meetings and cross-functional communication efforts to keep teams informed and accountable for key outcomes.

• Encourage effective onsite collaboration when needed to strengthen teamwork and maintain project momentum.

• Track dependencies across workstreams and help ensure each phase of the implementation is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience leading IT or business system projects in a project management capacity.
• Hands-on experience supporting projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
• Understanding of core D365 F& O business areas, including warehouse-related capabilities and manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency with project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or comparable platforms.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
• Ability to drive accountability, manage competing priorities, and maintain focus on deadlines and deliverables.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments; PMP certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with the D365 Project Operations module or related functionality is preferred.

Compensation

$47.50-$55.00 Hourly
