Sr. Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to senior leaders and departmental staff, ensuring daily operations stay organized and on schedule.
• Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and conference calls while balancing competing requests and urgent priorities.
• Prepare, format, and revise presentations, correspondence, reports, invitations, and other business documents for leadership and external partners.
• Arrange travel logistics and related administrative details for executives and team members as needed.
• Assist with special projects by organizing resources, monitoring timelines, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.
• Handle confidential materials with discretion, particularly when working with leadership-sensitive information.
• Respond to requests independently, remove barriers to progress, and escalate issues when additional support is needed to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while supporting a detail-oriented, team-oriented office environment.
Qualifications:
• At least 4 years of experience in an administrative support role within a department setting that requires strong attention to detail.• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference calls and travel arrangements.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives, staff, volunteers, community leaders, and external partners.
