Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and collect employee timecards to help ensure payroll information is complete and submitted on schedule.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for the office, including data entry, document handling, and general coordination tasks.
• Assist with onboarding activities such as preparing hiring paperwork, supporting processing requirements for all candidates, and organizing materials for new employee orientation.
• Respond to inbound calls and direct inquiries professionally while helping maintain smooth front-office operations.
• Work closely with team members across multiple locations to gather information and support shared administrative needs.
• Use Microsoft Office applications and internal platforms to update records, track details, and complete routine office processes.
• Learn office-specific systems and follow established procedures to support accurate and efficient administrative workflows.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative, office support, receptionist, or similar coordination role.• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with payroll-related follow-up tasks, timecard collection, and data entry responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Teams, and basic Excel functions.
• Strong communication skills with a detail-oriented, positive, and service-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn new software and internal systems with limited ramp-up time.
• Dependable work ethic, sound organizational skills, and a proactive attitude toward supporting the team.
Compensation
