Receptionist
We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to support front desk operations for a contract position for a prestigious organization located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, helping create a welcoming and organized office environment. The ideal Receptionist candidate is comfortable managing a multi-line phone system, handling incoming calls efficiently, and providing dependable administrative support in a part-time capacity.

• Welcome guests and direct them appropriately while maintaining a courteous and organized front desk presence.
• Manage a multi-line telephone system, route calls to the correct contacts, and take accurate messages when needed.
• Respond to inbound calls promptly and provide clear, helpful information to callers.
• Support daily reception area operations by keeping the front office organized and presentable.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as logging visitor information, handling correspondence, and distributing messages.
• Coordinate communication between visitors, staff, and departments to ensure smooth day-to-day office flow.
Qualifications:
Other requirements for the Receptionist position include and are not limited to:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing office support role.
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system with accuracy and detail oriented service.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a detail oriented, service-oriented demeanor.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls while staying organized.
• Dependable time management skills and the ability to work effectively in a part-time schedule.
• Basic administrative and clerical skills, including message taking and visitor coordination.
