Sales Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Engage with prospective business clients by phone, online channels, and other outreach methods to introduce company services and generate new sales opportunities.
• Guide interested merchants through application and enrollment steps, ensuring they understand service options, pricing, and related fees.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with new and existing clients to strengthen relationships, encourage ongoing engagement, and identify referral opportunities.
• Use social media platforms and online research tools to develop a steady pipeline of self-generated leads.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations that address client needs and highlight the value of available solutions.
• Respond confidently to client questions and objections while preserving a respectful, attentive customer experience.
• Track daily activity, sales progress, and workload updates, and provide reports to management as requested.
• Work toward assigned daily and monthly targets while staying aligned with company standards, leadership direction, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, call center support, or a related client-facing role is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain services, pricing, and processes clearly to business clients.
• Comfortable using customer service software and digital tools to manage outreach, follow-up, and reporting tasks.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to handle objections, adapt to different personalities, and represent the company with integrity.
• Social media prospecting or online lead generation experience is a plus.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are an advantage, but not required.
