Recruiter - Part-time
Responsibilities:
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple openings at once, from kickoff discussions through offer coordination and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role needs, align on candidate profiles, and create effective hiring plans for a range of business functions.
• Source and engage talent through channels such as LinkedIn and Indeed to build strong pipelines for active and upcoming positions.
• Coordinate and participate in intake meetings and onsite interviews to ensure a well-organized, consistent candidate experience.
• Manage recruiting operations and documentation, including applicant tracking updates, interview scheduling, communications, and other administrative tasks tied to each search.
• Support hiring for varied roles such as external relations, information technology, copywriting, data analysis, administrative support, and future marketing team positions.
• Develop trusted relationships with leaders and team members by communicating clearly, setting expectations, and helping move searches forward efficiently.
• Contribute to staffing efforts tied to backfill needs as well as planned team expansion initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle or corporate recruiting, with the ability to manage searches from initial intake through final hiring steps.• Proven success recruiting across a broad range of position types rather than working within a single specialty area.
• Strong sourcing capability using platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to identify and attract suitable candidates.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruiting records and workflow activity.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring leaders, interview teams, and cross-functional partners in a lean, team-oriented environment.
• Skilled at building rapport quickly and establishing trust with stakeholders and candidates alike.
• Comfortable balancing strategic recruiting responsibilities with detailed administrative follow-through.
• Interest in supporting a mission-focused non-profit organization and contributing as a collaborative team member.
Compensation
