HR Recruiter
Our client is need of an HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a variety of assigned positions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who can manage recruitment coordination with strong attention to detail and a candidate-focused approach. The role will contribute to sourcing, screening, interview preparation, and onboarding support while helping keep hiring activity organized and efficient.
Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment activities across assigned openings, coordinating each stage from sourcing through offer support.
• Publish position announcements across online job boards, the company careers page, and relevant social channels to attract applicants with relevant experience.
• Review resumes and employment applications to identify candidates whose background aligns with role requirements.
• Keep applicant information accurate and current within recruiting and HR tracking systems.
• Assemble interview documents and candidate packets to help hiring teams conduct well-prepared conversations.
• Assist with pre-employment and onboarding steps, including background screening coordination and required hiring documentation.
• Monitor key hiring data such as pipeline movement and time-to-fill to support recruitment reporting.
• Provide a detail-oriented and responsive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting activities in a corporate environment.• Knowledge of candidate sourcing methods, resume evaluation, and interview coordination.
• Ability to conduct or support interviews and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and related recruiting tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage records, documentation, and multiple open roles.
• Careful approach with a commitment to accuracy, professionalism, and timely follow-through.
Compensation
