Workplace Exp Coordinator

Compensation: $20 to $23 Hourly



Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and staff in a courteous manner, manage sign-in activity, provide access credentials, and guide guests in accordance with site security practices.

• Coordinate visitor-related arrangements, including parking access, meeting support, and hospitality requests to ensure a positive on-site experience.

• Oversee incoming and outgoing mail, package handling, scanning, and print support so office communications and materials are processed accurately and on time.

• Submit and monitor janitorial and maintenance requests, partner with vendors or building support teams, and follow through on workplace issues until resolved.

• Provide day-to-day administrative assistance such as ordering and organizing office supplies, preparing meeting spaces, and helping maintain shared equipment.

• Create and format workplace or client-facing documents and materials that align with brand and presentation standards.

• Respond to questions, service concerns, and workplace issues from employees, guests, and colleagues, escalating matters when additional support is needed.

• Follow site-specific emergency and safety procedures and communicate with appropriate contacts to support building security and occupant well-being.


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, along with 2-3 years of experience in front desk support, workplace services, office coordination, or a related setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work within established procedures while handling a variety of office processes, service requests, and operational tasks.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for daily coordination, communication, and documentation.
• Solid organizational skills with careful attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving ability, including selecting practical solutions to routine and moderately complex issues independently.
• Experience supporting printing, mail distribution, document handling, or related office services is preferred.

Compensation

$20.00-$23.00 Hourly
