Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate person or department in a courteous and attentive manner.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to routine inquiries, and transfer messages promptly to support smooth communication.
• Provide scheduled front desk coverage during assigned dates and times to ensure consistent office support.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, copying, and organizing office documents.
• Maintain a clean and orderly reception area that reflects a well-organized office environment.
• Assist with general office coordination by supporting everyday clerical needs and monitoring front desk activity.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with visitors, clients, and staff.
• Basic office skills, including phone handling, document organization, and routine clerical support.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a part-time office setting.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality to provide consistent reception coverage during scheduled shifts.
Compensation
