Litigation Associate Attorney

Robert Half is partnered with a Minneapolis, MN area law firm in search of a Litigation Associate Attorney to join the team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex litigation matters while contributing to the success of the firm's clients. The position will focus on complex litigation work including in the Real Estate and Construction area.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in civil litigation cases.

• Draft and file legal motions, briefs, and other necessary documentation with precision and attention to detail.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.

• Manage discovery processes, including collecting and reviewing evidence to build strong cases.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.

• Negotiate settlements and agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

• Stay updated on legal developments and precedents to ensure compliance and effective representation.

• Prepare and present cases in court, delivering compelling arguments and evidence.

• Maintain accurate and organized case files for efficient case management.

• Provide legal guidance and strategic advice to clients on relevant matters.

Qualifications:

• Must hold a current license to practice law in the State of Minnesota.

• 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, the position will focus supporting interesting practice areas including in Construction and Real Estate Litigation

• Strong legal writing skills, with the ability to draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Familiarity with discovery processes, including evidence collection and analysis.

• Excellent research skills to interpret laws, precedents, and legal resources.

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities to work effectively with clients and opposing parties.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in all legal matters.

Compensation

$150,000.00-$160,000.00 Yearly
