Receptionist

We are looking for a dependable Receptionist to provide front desk coverage for a one-day Contract assignment in Ohio. This position will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and help maintain an organized, detail-focused reception area. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, solid administrative ability, and a welcoming approach to daily interactions.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide courteous assistance at the front desk.
• Manage incoming calls through a multi-line phone system and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
• Handle basic clerical tasks such as data entry, email communication, and document organization.
• Maintain an orderly reception area to support a detail-focused office environment.
• Coordinate and confirm appointments as needed to keep front office activities running smoothly.
• Support day-to-day administrative needs using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.
• Ability to manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism and accuracy.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills when assisting visitors and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Comfortable performing data entry and organizing files with attention to detail.
• Reliable availability to complete a one-day Contract assignment in Middletown, Ohio.

Compensation

$16.00-$16.00 Hourly
