Payroll Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule for a multi-state employee population of more than 400 team members.
• Review payroll records, earnings, deductions, taxes, and time data to ensure each pay cycle is complete and compliant.
• Maintain and update employee payroll information in ADP Workforce Now and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Partner with internal contacts to answer payroll-related questions and provide clear follow-up on payment issues or corrections.
• Support payroll audits, reporting, and documentation to help maintain organized and reliable payroll records.
• Assist with payroll-related process updates and system changes as needed while helping ensure continuity in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience managing full-cycle payroll from data review through final processing.• Proven ability to administer multi-state payroll while applying payroll tax and compliance knowledge.
• Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience processing payroll for large employee populations, including environments with 400 to 500+ employees.
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail when handling payroll information.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity and manage priorities effectively after training.
