Administrative Coordinator
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role serves as a key point of coordination across departments, helping manage administrative tasks, support leadership, and maintain efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics (conference rooms, materials, travel, etc.)
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Track and manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Assist with onboarding processes, including coordinating paperwork and new hire logistics
- Support data entry, filing, and recordkeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Help streamline processes and improve administrative efficiencies across departments
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and team members as needed
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, or related experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
Compensation
