LOA Analyst/Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Advise managers and employees on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and employee relations matters while promoting consistent and fair HR practices.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring new hires receive a smooth introduction to the organization and all required employment documentation is completed on time.
• Administer day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining personnel records, processing employment changes, and supporting compliance-related documentation.
• Provide support for benefits administration by assisting employees with enrollment questions, eligibility updates, and issue resolution in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage leave-related processes, including reviewing leave requests, tracking absences, and communicating requirements under applicable policies and regulations.
• Maintain and update information within the HRIS to ensure employee records, status changes, and reporting data remain accurate and current.
• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to address workforce matters, recommend practical solutions, and support a positive employee experience.
• Prepare HR reports, audit files for accuracy, and assist with process improvements that strengthen departmental efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in human resources, with broad exposure to employee relations and HR administration.• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee matters with sound judgment, confidentiality, and discretion.
• Experience supporting onboarding, benefits-related activities, and leave administration in a fast-paced work environment.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and the ability to maintain accurate employee data and records.
• Familiarity with leave of absence processes, leave requests, and applicable HR policies or employment guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and stakeholders at multiple levels.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Compensation
