ERP/CRM Architect
Responsibilities:
• Oversee managed service providers and third-party application partners, monitoring service quality, responsiveness, issue resolution, and overall user satisfaction.
• Establish and refine standards for support operations, project execution, and change control to strengthen consistency and service effectiveness.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and outside partners to improve the user experience across the enterprise application environment.
• Coordinate with help desk teams to create smooth escalation paths between frontline support and advanced application support functions.
• Define and guide application and enterprise architecture decisions that support business priorities, future growth, and operational stability.
• Develop and implement integrations across business systems so data and processes move efficiently between platforms.
• Evaluate current workflows and IT practices, recommending practical enhancements that improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Lead application upkeep activities, including upgrades, maintenance planning, and ongoing optimization across the technology portfolio.
• Prepare solution recommendations, implementation plans, and effort estimates to support informed investment and design decisions.
• Track provider performance against expected service levels, address gaps in delivery, and identify emerging technologies that can strengthen the application ecosystem.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience managing external vendors and holding service partners accountable to performance expectations.• Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM architecture, including solution design, integration planning, and operational support models.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with Basis or HANA environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams that include business users, IT support, and third-party providers.
• Understanding of change management, incident resolution practices, and structured project delivery methods.
• Skill in developing estimates, technical proposals, and implementation roadmaps for enterprise application initiatives.
Compensation
