Our client is an established law firm with their main office in the Boston area. They are looking for a Controller to join their firm to act as the #1 finance lead in their organization.
Job overview:
- Lead and oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Manage daily department functions and supervise accounting staff, including delegation to team leads
- Prepare and present financial reports, insights, and recommendations to leadership
- Oversee billing, e-billing, payments, client trust accounts (IOLTA), and required filings
- Drive process improvements and maintain effective accounting systems and procedures

- 15+ years overall
- Law firm exp. IOLTA exposure.
- Customer Service attitude.
- Wants to mentor.
