Director, Brand and Local Media
The Director, Brand & Local Media is responsible for driving performance across all paid media investments, ensuring campaigns deliver efficient lead generation and support overall conversion goals. This role translates business objectives into clear, actionable media strategies, balancing brand and local priorities while optimizing channel mix, budgets, and performance.
The position leads agency partners and holds them accountable for execution, testing rigor, and results. It requires a strong focus on data-driven decision-making—leveraging analytics, attribution insights, and performance trends to guide optimizations, validate assumptions, and improve ROI.
This leader regularly provides performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership, identifying opportunities to scale, adjust spend, and mitigate risk. The role also serves as a key liaison between corporate strategy and franchise stakeholders, ensuring local needs are reflected in media planning and performance expectations.
Additionally, the Director will lead and develop a high-performing team, drive consistency in how success is measured and communicated, and ensure continuous improvement across media strategy, execution, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media leadership
Proven track record of managing multi-channel media performance, including budget allocation and optimization against CPL/CPA targets
Strong experience leading agency partners and driving accountability for execution and results
Deep knowledge of paid media channels, particularly paid search and social
Experience using attribution models (e.g., MTA) and applying insights to optimize performance
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience in franchise, multi-location, or lead-generation environments preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Ability to work onsite four days per week
Compensation
