Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager plays a central role in leading and executing marketing initiatives across property listings, brand efforts, digital content, and marketing operations. This position ensures all marketing activities—from property launches to company communications—are organized, accurate, and delivered on schedule.
This role oversees the rollout of hotel investment opportunities, including building listings, managing email campaigns, updating deal statuses, and maintaining consistency across all marketing channels. It also supports broader brand initiatives by managing social media content, updating website materials, and contributing to campaigns, announcements, and public relations efforts.
In addition, the Marketing Manager supports thought leadership initiatives, including Teague Talks and the Hunter Conference, by coordinating content promotion, repurposing assets, and managing digital marketing efforts tied to key events and releases.
The role also manages marketing operations, including calendars, timelines, and project coordination across multiple priorities, while maintaining databases and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and workflows.
Overall, this is a highly visible, cross-functional role that requires strong project management, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy across deliverables
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, content, and/or property or listing launches
Ability to collaborate across teams, including brokers, leadership, and external partners
Experience managing social media, website updates, and digital content
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) preferred
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) or similar platforms is a plus
Interest or experience in hospitality, real estate, events, or agency environments preferred
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and maintain organization in a fast-paced setting
Compensation
