Application Support Engineer

We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to support the rollout and ongoing success of a newly launched, enterprise platform. This role will focus on helping users onboard, configure, and troubleshoot the application while ensuring a seamless experience. This position is highly collaborative, working closely with product, engineering, and implementation teams. It’s an opportunity to gain deep expertise in a growing platform while directly impacting user adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on application support, including onboarding, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Serve as a primary point of contact for user questions, issues, and platform guidance
• Investigate and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to engineering as needed
• Partner with product and engineering teams to support platform rollouts and enhancements
• Assist with validating configurations, workflows, and integrations within the platform
• Document support processes, issue resolutions, and knowledge base content
• Monitor trends in support requests and identify opportunities for process or platform improvements
• Support user adoption through guidance, training, and best practice recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality support experience

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in application support, technical support, or platform support
• Experience troubleshooting SaaS platforms or enterprise applications
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred:

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated environments
• Exposure to platform onboarding, configuration, or implementation support
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or data workflows is a plus
• Experience working in agile or product-driven environments
