Director, Digital Performance
The Director of Digital Performance leads the strategy and optimization of the company’s digital ecosystem, including websites, CRM, and emerging platforms. This role partners with Technology to ensure scalable architecture, seamless integrations, and high-performing digital experiences that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
Responsibilities include leading the website roadmap (UX, testing, and ongoing optimization), managing external agencies and vendors, and overseeing analytics (GA4/GTM) to deliver accurate, actionable insights. The role also drives SEO and CRM/lifecycle marketing efforts to improve visibility, lead quality, and conversion.
This leader will establish governance standards across platforms, champion AI-driven innovation, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys using data and user insights. They will serve as a digital subject matter expert for internal teams while leveraging market trends to continuously enhance performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
10+ years of digital marketing experience within an agency or corporate environment
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Experience with content management systems, particularly WordPress
Proven ability to manage teams, external agencies, and vendor relationships
Strong understanding of SEO, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and digital customer journey optimization
Experience leveraging data, analytics, and AI-driven tools to inform strategy and improve performance
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
Highly organized, self-directed, and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills
Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work onsite four days per week
Compensation
