Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team focused on delivering a positive customer experience. In this role, you’ll handle outbound and inbound phone calls, assisting customers, answering questions, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and working in a structured, goal-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to a provided list of customers and prospects
• Provide information, answer basic questions, and assist with customer needs
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer care on every interaction
• Accurately document call details and updates in CRM systems
• Follow established scripts and processes while personalizing the customer experience
• Meet daily performance goals for call activity and scheduled appointments
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in customer service, call center, or administrative support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
• Ability to stay organized and manage a steady workflow
• Positive attitude and strong reliability
• Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
