Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong technical project management background to lead and support key initiatives across infrastructure, identity and access management, security, and enterprise platforms. This role requires an experienced leader who can drive Agile delivery, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and successfully manage complex enterprise technology programs.

Primary Focus Areas

• Lead projects using Agile methodologies to deliver high-impact technology initiatives
• Serve as a Scrum Master, guiding teams through ceremonies, sprint planning, and continuous improvement
• Manage projects related to Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Oversee enterprise integration efforts across platforms, applications, and business systems
• Drive security and compliance programs, including remediation and governance initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional programs involving infrastructure, security, architecture, and application teams
• Manage project financials

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience leading initiatives involving Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Background supporting security remediation and risk reduction projects
• Experience with enterprise platform modernization efforts
• Knowledge of system integrations, including API-driven solutions
• Familiarity working within enterprise architecture environments
• Understanding of security governance, regulatory compliance, and control frameworks
• Experience supporting initiatives focused on platform stability, performance, and scalability
