Customer Service Reps

Job Description - REMOTE -

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support daily booking and reservation operations. This role is responsible for processing bookings accurately and efficiently across internal systems and related platforms while delivering a high level of service to guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily production work related to processing bookings in internal systems and subordinate systems with a high degree of accuracy and quality.
• Process reservations, revisions, cancellations, booking notes, and all other booking-related activities using the reservation system.
• Apply company policies and procedures effectively to all bookings.
• Deliver exceptional guest service across all communication channels in a professional, calm, and courteous manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries via phone, email, and website chat.
• Support departmental revenue goals by identifying opportunities to upsell or add value to existing bookings.
• Provide backup support for reservation sales calls during peak periods as directed by management.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the company’s products and services.
• Communicate issues, concerns, and recommended resolutions to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Assist guests and travel advisors with troubleshooting related to online account access and other external systems.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Previous contact center or call center customer service experience required.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple systems and customer interactions efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to provide high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a full-time remote environment.
• Must be eligible to work remotely in one of the following states: Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Minnesota, Texas, or Wisconsin
