Customer Service - Call Center
About the Role
We are looking for driven, high-energy Outbound Call Representatives to join a fast-paced sales support team. In this role, you’ll focus strictly on outbound calling and appointment setting; No prospecting or lead generation required. Each day, you’ll be provided with a large volume of pre-experience in leads and will be responsible for connecting with prospects and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and enjoys being on the phone.
What You’ll Do
Make 200+ outbound calls daily to provided leads (no cold sourcing required)
Work through daily lead lists of ~1,000 contacts
Engage prospects, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for the sales team
Consistently generate 1–3 experience in appointments per day
Accurately track call activity and results in CRM systems
Maintain a positive, detail oriented tone while handling high call volume
Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
6+ months of experience in outbound calling, call center, sales support, or customer service
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily; 150+ per day Strong communication and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to hit daily targets
Resilient and motivated—able to handle rejection and stay consistent
Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
Work Schedule & Environment
Onsite for the first 90 days
Converts to hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote) upon permanent conversion
Eligible for fully remote work after 1 year
