Mandatory Qualifications:

5 years of FTE experience developing, planning, and supporting a project or IT governance framework. At least three (3) years of that experience must have been in supporting executive-level decision-making.

Possess a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related, project management, leadership, communications, or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Desirable Qualifications:

Experience applying IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF).

Experience reviewing and developing IT standards in alignment with industry best practices and relevant federal and state regulations.

Experience implementing governance and standards processes on platforms such as Atlassian and Ardoq to enhance automation.

Experience with collecting and organizing information in support of IT governance roadmaps.

Experience with Agile methodologies in delivering services and products to align with project/business outcomes.
The compensation for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and PTO.
