The Senior Procurement & Program Support Analyst provides acquisition support, procurement coordination, logistics management, and financial tracking services for government contracts and programs. This role supports purchasing activities, vendor coordination, government property accountability, budget reporting, and program operations to ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective execution of contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
·Coordinate procurement activities for software, COTS products, IT equipment, and operational support requirements in support of government programs.
·Process purchase requests, purchase orders, and government-approved purchasing card transactions in accordance with contract requirements and organizational policies.
·Collaborate with Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), program management, finance personnel, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support mission requirements.
·Monitor procurement requests and purchasing actions to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
·Support financial management activities including invoice reconciliation, monthly financial reporting, forecasting, budget tracking, and award fee accrual reporting.
·Assist with Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) reporting and Government Furnished Property (GFP) accountability requirements.
·Maintain inventory databases and tracking systems for government and contractor-owned assets.
·Ensure compliance with security policies and government procedures related to procurement, asset management, and property accountability.
·Generate reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools to support program management decisions.
·Review vendor quotations and coordinate with approved suppliers to obtain required products and services.
·Develop and improve internal processes and procedures to increase efficiency and enhance program support operations.
·Support staffing and recruiting efforts by coordinating with approved contract suppliers and reviewing candidate submissions.
·Provide training and technical assistance to program personnel and new employees as needed.
·Prepare and deliver program reports, briefings, and documentation for leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
·7+ years of experience supporting government contracts, procurement operations, logistics, property management, or program support functions.
·Experience coordinating procurement activities, purchasing equipment, software, and commercial products.
·Experience supporting financial reporting, budget tracking, forecasting, and invoicing processes.
·Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
·Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and SharePoint.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
·Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, or federal government contracts.
·Experience with Contractor Acquired Property (CAP), Government Furnished Property (GFP), and inventory accountability processes.
·Experience working directly with CORs and government stakeholders.
·Familiarity with Unanet, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and asset management systems.
