Job Title: Outside Sales Associate
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Starting Compensation Range: $68,000 – $78,000 per year
The Outside Sales Associate is responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, creating relationships with new customers, and promoting a wide range of rental equipment and solutions to the construction and industrial sectors.
Requirements for the Outside Sales Associate position include:
- Strong understanding of construction project lifestyles and equipment applications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Must be self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and exceed goals
- Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently in the field
- Must have an excellent driving record
- Must be able to function well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Promote a positive customer experience

Seeking Candidates with:
- Minimum one year of experience working in a sales or sales support role
- Previous experience in a sales environment, preferred
- College degree in a related field, preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Required to sit and talk or hear
- Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
