Job Title: Construction GPS Digital Solutions Specialist
Location: Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Starting Compensation Range: $90,000 – $115,000 per year
The Construction GPS Digital Solutions Specialist supports the development and growth of Sitech Chesapeake's digital construction services business model deployment. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities to provide field survey services, demonstrating benefits of using SITECH digital services and the products used, conducting field training, and overseeing growth and development of 3D modeling services.
Requirements for the Construction GPS Digital Solutions Specialist position include:
- Must be able to use land/construction surveying equipment
- Must be able to read and interpret CAD construction plans
- Must be able to manage subcontractors and customers simultaneously
- Must be able to think quickly to handle customer situations to produce immediate results
- Must be able to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude and skills
- Must have excellent driving record
- Must be able to travel and work flexible hours as required

Seeking Candidates with:
- Minimum of five years' progressive land survey construction experience
- Survey and construction experience using Trimble Site Positioning Systems and Machine Grade Control Systems, preferred
- 3D GPS modeling experience
- Licensed land surveyor in VA, MD or DE
- Civil engineering experience a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Required to sit and talk or hear.
- Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
