What you’ll do

● Manage telecommunications construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved
● Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, field operations, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
● Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, budgets, and production plans
● Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project delivery
● Coordinate with construction, engineering, permitting, and support teams to ensure project milestones are achieved
● Review and approve project documentation, change orders, invoices, and financial reports
● Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
● Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to customers and leadership regarding project status, risks, and opportunities
● Manage subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed according to scope, schedule, and quality expectations
● Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability

What you’ll need

● Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered
● 3+ years of project management experience within telecommunications, broadband, utility, construction, or infrastructure environments
● Experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and customer relationships
● Strong understanding of construction operations, project controls, and contract administration
● Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
● Strong financial acumen with experience reviewing project costs, budgets, and profitability metrics
● Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management and ERP systems preferred
● Ability to travel as needed to support project and customer requirements
