Full Charge Bookkeeper
Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete bookkeeping process, including maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-end close activities.
• Process vendor invoices, prepare payments, and monitor outgoing transactions to keep accounts payable current.
• Issue customer invoices, record incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding balances to maintain healthy accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank and financial statements regularly to ensure records align with account activity and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Administer manual payroll with careful attention to timing, deductions, and recordkeeping requirements.
• Maintain QuickBooks data with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring transactions are entered, categorized, and reviewed consistently.
• Provide day-to-day office administrative support, including document organization, reporting, and general coordination tasks.
• Assist with HR-related administration such as maintaining employee records and supporting routine personnel documentation.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience handling full charge bookkeeping responsibilities.• Proficiency in QuickBooks and confidence working with day-to-day accounting transactions independently.
• Hands-on experience managing both accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Strong background in completing bank reconciliations accurately and on schedule.
• Experience processing manual payroll and maintaining related records.
• Ability to support administrative office operations in addition to accounting duties.
• Familiarity with HR administrative tasks and employee file maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Compensation
