Treasury Analyst – High-Growth Oilfield Services Company

Our client, a growing oilfield services company, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their team. This is a high-visibility opportunity to work directly with an active CFO and gain hands-on exposure to treasury, cash management, banking operations, and corporate finance.

This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities, with ~50% focused on treasury and ~50% supporting accounting operations, making it ideal for someone early in their career looking to accelerate development.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage daily banking activity and corporate accounts
  • Oversee and monitor ~25 corporate credit cards
  • Assist with short-term cash forecasting and liquidity planning
  • Partner with the CFO on payment prioritization and vendor scheduling
  • Identify opportunities to streamline banking processes and reduce fees
  • Support collections and payment follow-ups with customers/vendors
  • Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations
  • Provide general support to the accounting team as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in finance, treasury, accounting, or banking
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong Excel and systems skills
  • Highly organized with a structured, detail-oriented approach
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • CPA or CFA pursuit is a plus

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting, banking, or a closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or another relevant discipline.
• Strong Excel proficiency and confidence working with financial systems and data tools.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate financial information and solve problems effectively.
• Self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn quickly and take direction from senior team members.
• Progress toward a certification such as CPA, CFA, or a similar designation is a plus.

Compensation

$75,000.00-$85,000.00 Yearly
