Real Estate Paralegal
We are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal with at least one year of residential real estate closing experience to join our growing team. This role will work closely with Managing Attorney and the firm's senior paralegal, assisting with all aspects of the real estate closing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate residential real estate closings
- Conduct title searches and review title-related documents
- Obtain mortgage payoff information and coordinate lien releases
- Communicate with HOAs regarding estoppel letters, dues, and compliance matters
- Prepare closing documents and assist with pre-closing activities
- Maintain transaction files and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide administrative support as needed throughout the closing process
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of real estate paralegal or pre-closing experience
- Knowledge of residential real estate transactions and closing procedures
- Experience with title searches, HOA coordination, and mortgage payoffs
- Qualia experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, small-firm environment
Compensation
