Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role will support day-to-day accounting functions, assist with the month-end close process, and help ensure the accuracy of financial reporting. This is a great opportunity for an early-to-mid career accounting detail oriented looking to build strong foundational experience.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Maintain accuracy of the general ledger and supporting schedules Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements Analyze financial data and flag variances or unusual trends Maintain organized documentation to support audits and internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information

Qualifications:

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1–3+ years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level roles considered) Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with accounting or ERP systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Compensation

$65,000.00-$80,000.00 Yearly
