Associate Attorney
Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in civil litigation matters through all phases of case development and courtroom preparation.
• Prepare persuasive motions, pleadings, and other legal documents with strong attention to detail and procedural requirements.
• Take and defend depositions while gathering testimony that supports case strategy and factual development.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law to strengthen arguments and guide litigation decisions.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case planning, discovery strategy, and overall matter management.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel in a clear and timely manner.
• Support hearings, negotiations, and other litigation-related proceedings as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.• Active license to practice law and good standing with the applicable state bar.
• Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience handling civil litigation matters.
• Demonstrated ability to draft motions and other court filings independently.
• Practical experience preparing for and participating in depositions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high standard of professionalism.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize competing case demands effectively.
Compensation
