As a Client Associate, you'll serve as a trusted partner to both clients and advisors, helping deliver an exceptional client experience while developing a deep understanding of wealth management operations, investment administration, and relationship management.
You'll become a key contributor to the advisory team, supporting client relationships, coordinating account activity, solving client needs, and ensuring operational excellence across a diverse range of financial planning and investment matters.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and aspires to grow into broader advisory responsibilities over time.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 0–3+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or client service
- Securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) preferred or willingness to obtain within six months
- Interest in pursuing advanced professional designations such as CFP®, CFA®, CIMA®, or MBA
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Collaborative approach and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
Compensation
