Workplace Experience Ambassador 4

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Ambassador 4 to support a detail-oriented and welcoming onsite environment. This is a contract position suited for someone who brings strong hospitality instincts, excellent service judgment, and a proactive approach to workplace support. In this role, you will help maintain front-of-house operations, monitor shared spaces, and coordinate day-to-day workplace needs to create a positive experience for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome employees, guests, and vendors while delivering a high standard of service at the front of house.
• Respond to workplace questions and requests, routing issues to the appropriate teams for timely follow-up.
• Prepare meeting rooms and event spaces by arranging furniture, signage, and basic equipment based on scheduled needs.
• Replenish supplies in shared areas such as printer stations and breakrooms to keep spaces fully stocked and presentable.
• Walk occupied areas regularly, especially during busy periods, to identify service or facility concerns before they escalate.
• Partner closely with facilities and engineering contacts by reporting maintenance or environment issues that require attention.
• Build positive relationships with occupants to understand workplace needs and help support overall satisfaction.
• Provide coverage across reception and related workplace support functions as needed, while assisting with additional site tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in reception, concierge, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple daily priorities, and maintain close attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers and common workplace platforms to track tasks and coordinate activities.
• Able to work collaboratively with team members while representing the workplace services function in a detail-focused manner.
• Self-directed, dependable, and efficient, with the confidence to take initiative in a fast-paced onsite setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of event setup and workplace support duties.

Compensation

$26.00-$28.00 Hourly
