Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers through responsive account assistance and accurate payment handling. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, resolving billing-related concerns, and keeping detailed records in a fast-paced service environment. The person in this role will communicate clearly with customers, review account activity, and coordinate follow-up actions to ensure questions are addressed promptly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a customer success-focused role

• Ability to manage multiple browser windows and systems while assisting customers efficiently

• Strong written communication skills for clear and accurate email correspondence and message documentation

• Comfortable handling payment-related transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Capable of reviewing account usage information and explaining concerns in a clear, customer-friendly manner

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track follow-up items, agreements, and account updates

• Ability to address customer questions calmly and effectively, including connectivity or service-related concerns
