HR Generalist (Onsite)

We are partnering with a well-established, family-owned organization to add a hands-on HR Generalist to their team. This is a highly visible, onsite role supporting daily HR operations and partnering closely with leadership to drive a positive, compliant, and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Human Resources to support day-to-day HR operations and overall HR strategy
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
- Serve as a resource for employee relations, providing guidance to both employees and supervisors
- Conduct employee investigations and support appropriate follow-up actions
- Organize and facilitate safety meetings and contribute to workplace safety initiatives
- Maintain OSHA documentation and support safety compliance reporting
- Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollment and ongoing support
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR best practices
- Partner with operations leadership to align HR initiatives with business needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience required
- Manufacturing or industrial environment experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience across recruiting, employee relations, compliance, investigations, benefits, and safety/OSHA
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in an onsite, hands-on environment
Compensation
$70,000.00-$85,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
