Director of Revenue Cycle (Full time, Permanent)
Location: Greater Manchester, CT Area (ONSITE!!)
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000, depending on experience

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle to provide leadership and oversight of revenue cycle operations. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving operational excellence, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring efficient revenue cycle processes across a multi-specialty healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and results-driven leader with a strong background in healthcare revenue cycle management, experience working within multi-specialty practices, and a proven ability to improve processes, performance, and outcomes.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for revenue cycle functions across the organization
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve revenue integrity, reimbursement, cash flow, and operational efficiency
- Manage contracts, compliance and establish new services
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive leadership teams to support organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and industry best practices
- Lead, mentor, and develop revenue cycle staff and management team members
- Analyze revenue cycle trends and performance metrics to drive informed decision-making
- Oversee workflow optimization and process standardization efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience
- Experience within a multi-specialty healthcare environment required (Behavioral health revenue cycle experience strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Epic
- Strong knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, revenue cycle operations, and payer relations
- Demonstrated success leading teams, improving performance metrics, and implementing process improvements
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment

Qualifications:
