A well-resourced, growth-oriented personal injury firm is adding experienced Litigation Attorneys due to a rapidly expanding caseload. This is a courtroom-forward role for a trial lawyer who wants real responsibility, real support, and real upside—no billable hours required.
💼 The Opportunity
- Handle $100K+ personal injury and trucking cases from filing through trial
- Step into an active docket with meaningful autonomy and accountability
- Be designated to cases from crash onward, with deep internal resources supporting every phase
- Regular exposure to judges, juries, mediations, and experts
🤝 Unmatched Support Structure
You focus on lawyering and they will handle the rest:
- Dedicated litigation assistant (filings & document management)
- Scheduling paralegal/case manager managing all calendars & logistics
- Litigation paralegal handling discovery, experts & drafting
Access to:
- Settlements team & lien specialists
- Medical records & nurse consultants
- Demand writers & legal researchers
- In‑house media production (animations, trial visuals, “day-in-the-life” videos)
- Focus group litigation labs
- Social services team supporting injured clients beyond the case
💰 Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary
- Discretionary Monthly Bonuses (DMBs)
- Attorneys settling $4–6MM in year one earn ~40%
- No billable hour requirements
Qualifications:
🔑 What We’re Looking For
✅ 1+ years of trial experience
✅ At least one first-chair trial (car and/or trucking cases)
✅ Strong deposition & cross-examination experience
✅ Comfortable working with experts (economists, tire experts, life care planners, etc.)
✅ Experience standing in front of judges and juries, including voir dire
✅ Familiarity with high-volume mediations
✅ Confident, charismatic presence—polished, not arrogant
✅ Open to candidates coming from defense backgrounds
✈️ Training & Onboarding
- New-hire orientation held every other week
- Travel required to corporate (fly in Sunday, depart Wednesday)
