Sr. Accountant
Responsibilities:
• Lead daily and month-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records during month-end close procedures.
• Perform reconciliations for assigned general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
• Conduct variance analyses to maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
• Manage intercompany balances and coordinate with affiliated business entities.
• Analyze financial operations from a balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow perspective.
• Assist in developing the annual budget and preparing quarterly forecasts.
• Support external auditors during annual audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
• Communicate financial performance insights and address business-related inquiries with stakeholders.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support operational and business continuity objectives.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
• Proficiency in month-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger management and account reconciliations.
• Bi-liingual Mndarin required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Compensation
