Robert Half Legal is partnering with a well‑established and highly respected Upstate South Carolina law firm to identify a Residential Real Estate Paralegal for a newly created, full‑time, on‑site role in downtown Anderson, SC.

đź’Ľ The Opportunity
- Compensation: $45,000–$60,000 base salary, depending on experience
- Bonus opportunity every November based on performance and tenure 🎯
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30‑minute lunch)
- Work Arrangement: 100% in‑office
- Location: Downtown Anderson, SC (29621)

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage high‑volume residential real estate files (10–15+ files per week; busy season volume is significant)
- Prepare and review closing documents in compliance with South Carolina requirements
- Read, analyze, and resolve title issues and commitments with strong attention to detail
- Communicate daily with:
- Front office and reception
- Pre‑closers, closing assistants, and title department
- Maintain ownership of your files from start to finish—anticipating issues and resolving them efficiently
- Utilize modern closing technology, including:
- Outlook & Microsoft Office
- E‑signatures, wire platforms, and closing software (recent system transition)
- Support days with multiple scheduled closings, sometimes all in one day, in a collaborative team environment
Qualifications:
