Procurement Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Procurement Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional interested in building a career in procurement, supply chain, or operations.
In this role, you will work alongside a collaborative team of two procurement professionals and a manager to support purchasing and day-to-day operational needs. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers and vendors, processing and tracking purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels and raw material needs, maintaining procurement records, and helping ensure timely order fulfillment. A key part of this role is being proactive, staying organized, and serving as a reliable resource for internal teams when answers or updates are needed.
The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Experience with ERP systems such as MS Navision is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience (internships and co-ops accepted)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Interest in procurement, purchasing, inventory, or supply chain operations
Compensation
