Events & Marketing Specialist

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Duration: 3–6 Month Contract

Overview

We are seeking an Events & Marketing Specialist to support integrated marketing campaigns, event coordination, and brand activations for a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing creative execution with project management.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person events
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across email, social, and digital channels
• Assist with vendor communication, timelines, and logistics
• Create and manage marketing collateral and event materials
• Track campaign and event performance metrics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and leadership teams
• Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, events, or brand activations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Hybrid availability in the Atlanta area
