Project Accountant

What You’ll Do
- Process progress and final billings for construction jobs.
- Set up new jobs, budgets, labor rates, and related data in Spectrum.
- Review and update project reports, including CSRs and Overview Reports.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, accounting, and leadership.
- Assist with contractor tax statements and audit support as needed.

Qualifications:
What You Bring
- 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a similar role. Based on general knowledge.
- Construction billing and collections experience preferred. Based on general knowledge.
- Knowledge of sales and use tax is a plus. Based on general knowledge.
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Based on general knowledge.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Based on general knowledge.
- A high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality. Based on general knowledge.
Compensation
$60,000.00-$67,000.00 YearlyAbout Us
