Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing materials such as property flyers, email campaigns, and social media content that highlight listings and market activity in a compelling way.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property information across internal platforms and external listing websites, including new entries and revisions.
• Produce announcement materials for completed transactions, specialty promotions, and other key business updates to increase market awareness.
• Coordinate property signage inventory and placement to ensure branded materials remain consistent, visible, and readily available.
• Track campaign performance, review engagement data, and prepare reports that help guide future marketing decisions.
• Create demographic summaries, mapping visuals, aerial exhibits, and market-specific presentation materials to support leasing and sales efforts.
• Prepare tour books and customized collateral for prospective tenants and buyers to enhance the site selection process.
• Contribute social content and timely market updates that help position brokers and teams as informed voices within commercial real estate.
• Support listing improvement initiatives, maintain organized digital deal documentation, and assist with general office coordination when needed.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably supporting B2B, real estate, or property-related campaigns.• Proficiency in email marketing, digital campaign planning, and brand awareness initiatives across multiple channels.
• Working knowledge of Canva and introductory experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience creating or coordinating marketing content, reports, and promotional materials with close attention to detail.
• Familiarity with mapping tools or commercial real estate marketing is preferred.
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
Compensation
