Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Microsoft Power BI to support clinical, operational, and business objectives.
• Translate reporting needs into effective BI solutions by working closely with stakeholders to understand key metrics, trends, and performance indicators.
• Develop data models and write DAX calculations that improve reporting accuracy, usability, and analytical depth.
• Organize and optimize business intelligence assets to ensure reporting tools remain reliable, efficient, and easy to use.
• Review data from multiple sources, identify inconsistencies, and help improve overall data quality within reporting environments.
• Provide actionable insights through analysis of business and operational data to support planning and decision-making.
• Document dashboard logic, reporting definitions, and technical processes to support consistency and long-term maintainability.
• Assist with updates to reporting frameworks or BI processes when business intelligence platforms, tools, or internal systems evolve.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business intelligence engineering, reporting development, or a closely related analytics role.• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation, report publishing, and data visualization best practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in DAX for calculations, measures, and advanced reporting logic.
• Solid understanding of business intelligence concepts, data modeling, and reporting architecture.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into clear, functional BI deliverables.
• Experience working with complex datasets and maintaining accuracy across reporting outputs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Compensation
