Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• Cultivate productive relationships with assigned clients by learning their business priorities and communication objectives.
• Deliver attentive day-to-day account support and recognize opportunities to expand services in partnership with senior team members.
• Contribute to the planning and rollout of communication strategies and campaign activities that align with client goals.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to support recommendations and strategic direction.
• Oversee the coordination of multi-channel initiatives, including digital, print, and social executions, to keep projects moving on schedule.
• Partner with creative, content, and digital colleagues to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Measure campaign results using relevant metrics and analytics tools, then summarize findings for internal and client review.
• Prepare client-facing updates, reports, and presentation materials that highlight progress and recommend areas for improvement.
• Work closely with account leadership, business development teams, and other stakeholders to support successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline.• At least 3 years of experience in account management, client service, communications, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present updates and ideas clearly to clients or stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage several projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with integrated campaigns and a working knowledge of digital marketing, social media, or content strategy.
• Experience using project management platforms or related tools to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
Compensation
