Treasury Manager

Compensation: $140 to $175 Yearly

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to lead and oversee treasury operations for our client's organization in the Memphis, Tennessee area. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing cash flow, optimizing financial processes, and ensuring the effective handling of treasury activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with strong attention to detail to contribute to the growth and success of our financial operations.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive treasury strategies to support the organization’s financial goals.

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and efficient allocation of resources.

• Prepare and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts to guide financial decision-making.

• Oversee all treasury functions, including banking relationships, cash management, and payment processing.

• Implement and manage global treasury operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align treasury initiatives with broader business objectives.

• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for risk management and investment opportunities.

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting related to treasury activities.

• Lead and mentor team members to build a high-performing treasury function.


Qualifications:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate treasury or a related financial role.
• Proven expertise in managing cash flow forecasting and treasury operations.
• Strong knowledge of global treasury practices and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement efficient treasury strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools used for treasury management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CTP or CFA are a plus.

Compensation

$140,000.00-$175,000.00 Yearly
